Your Impact:

As the Head of Integrations, you will be a critical leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Deliverect's integration ecosystem.

This includes managing Deliverect-built integrations, supporting partner-built integrations via our APIs, nurturing strategic technical relationships with our largest channel partners, and ensuring the seamless execution of integration projects.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our connectivity and enhancing the value we deliver to our customers.

• Integration Strategy & Management:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy aligned with Deliverect's business objectives.

• Oversee the lifecycle of all Deliverect-built integrations, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Define and manage the roadmap for API development and partner integration support.

• Align the integration priorities with our business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain best practices for integration development and deployment.

• Cultivate and manage technical relationships with our largest channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for integration-related matters.

• Participate in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings with our largest channel partners to discuss integration performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any technical challenges.

• Provide technical insights and recommendations to support partner growth and success.

• Present technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Provide technical guidance and support to partners building integrations with our APIs.

• Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new integration opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions and negotiations with partners.

• Lead and manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.

• Define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Lead a team of integration engineers and technical partner managers.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Ensure the team follows best practices

• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Proven experience in managing integration projects and technical partnerships.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL).

• Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

• Experience participating in QBR meetings with large partners.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.
• Experience in the restaurant or food delivery industry is a plus.

• This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent, Belgium office or Amersfoort Office with 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
