The cornerstone of our Illuminate Platform, the Digimarc Digital Watermark is an identification technology unique to Digimarc that provides an unparalleled level of covertness, ubiquity, redundancy, and security. There are many important uses for the platform we have built. Our current SaaS products address critically important, world-wide problems that are vastly improved by our high-barrier-to-entry, unique offerings that: protect currency and consumer goods from counterfeits, reduce food waste, improve food and drug safety, provide a direct-to-consumer digital communication channel, improve the efficiency of physical retail shopping, and increase the quality and quantity of plastic recycling by revolutionizing today’s ineffective waste sortation.

THE CHALLENGE ...

We are seeking dynamic and motivated student to work with our Chief People Officer to support and lead projects across Digimarc People team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and program management. This role is remote.


WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional partners to drive end-to-end People Team program development, organization, and communication initiatives,
  • Align with involved stakeholders to set up dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decisions across all teams.
  • Evangelize program management best practices across the team.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ...
  • Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business field
  • Interest in Human Resources and Technology Organizations
  • Love what you do, love to be busy, and love to produce by being organized and methodical.
  • Passionate about bringing change to add value to a person, team, or organization.
  • You can take complex ideas and distill them into simple and understandable specifications.
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in MS Excel. You should be proficient in suing advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Experience with data analysis and the creation of dashboards using excel is highly desirable. You will be expected to utilize these skills to develop detailed reports, perform complex data analysis, and provide actionable insights that will support decision making processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence.
  • Knowledge of HR systems a plus
  • Prior internship experience in a project management or program-oriented role, within human resources a plus


$19 - $20 an hour
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly wage range is $19-20/hour. Placement within this wage will be based on factors that are relevant to compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, geography, and other business and organizational needs.
