We are looking to offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our fast-growing team of Background Screening Analysts.
Our Background Screening Analysts help our clients mitigate the risk of undesirable hires and tackle CV lies and degree fraud. You will be working with many local and global clients, helping them protect their business, brand and reputation. As our business continues to expand and the demand for our service increases, you will find many opportunities for career growth and promotion.
This role is a full-time permanent opportunity remotely from the UK, and is part of an exciting cohort recruitment initiative, with multiple vacancies that we’re looking to fill. As such, we are looking for candidates who can commit to the following:
Starting on September 23, 2024
Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm; totaling 37.5hrs per week
Note - the salary for this position is: £22,400.00 (annually)

Conduct comprehensive background screenings, including Criminal Record Checks, academic qualification verifications, social media reviews, and employment reference checks for candidates hired by our clients, in accordance with established guidelines, legislation, training materials, and processes.
Manage case files efficiently, including initiating, organizing, and ensuring completion within deadlines.
Dispatch and follow up on reference and verification requests, recording ongoing actions and conclusions.
Record all findings and outcomes accurately, including additional expenses for billing purposes.
Flag any adverse findings or discrepancies between candidate-provided information and research outcomes.
Communicate regularly with clients and candidates to ensure awareness of file statuses, especially if there's a risk of overdue cases.
Attend client meetings as required, providing updates on file statuses or related matters.
Provide coverage for colleagues as needed to ensure continuity in operations.
Previous experience in customer service, showcasing aptitude in handling customer inquiries and managing busy workloads
Organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Thoroughness and accuracy in completing tasks, ensuring quality and timely outcomes
Demonstrated capability to handle a high volume of transactional tasks (typically ranging from 80-100 items per day)
Good email etiquette, and confident, professional phone manner for effective communication with clients and candidates
Familiarity with office software such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new online systems
