Dscout is a flexible Experience Research Platform for capturing in-context insights from high-quality participants, bridging the gap between product teams and users. Leading brands like Sonos, Spotify, Duolingo and Best Buy use Dscout to test ideas, iterate quickly, collaborate, and build confidently. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us.
We are looking for a Lead IT Analyst to join the Cybersecurity and Compliance team, reporting to the VP, Compliance and Information. This is a key role where you'll lead and support our employees through first-line and advanced technical troubleshooting. In addition to serving as an escalation point for user issues and solving technical problems, you’ll also be responsible for asset management, technical project work, and relevant documentation. This role requires a deep understanding of IT management, including technical and business acumen, that will allow you to align IT initiatives to business goals and objectives.
Location Requirement: Dscout is a fully remote company, but this role requires the candidate to be within commuting distance of our Downtown Chicago office. While the position is primarily remote, occasional on-site presence is required for hardware management, IT support, and company needs.
We do our best to write realistic, accurate job descriptions, but we also recognize that great talent comes in many forms and backgrounds. Not sure if you meet all of the above bullets? Please apply anyway!
This role's annual base pay range is $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
At Dscout, we’re committed to fair, competitive, and transparent pay because we know that you do your best work when you feel valued. Our salary ranges are built on real market data and are intentionally broad to allow your growth within the role. Where you land in the range depends on factors like your experience, skills, and the position's responsibilities. Employees new to Dscout typically come in near the start of the pay range.
Your base pay is just one part of your total compensation package at Dscout. Dscout is proud to provide an award-winning compensation package designed to support you in your work and life. We want you to feel supported, empowered, and excited to be here. Click here to learn more about our benefits.
Certain positions are also eligible for our discretionary company bonus program; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations, but things may shift based on business needs, and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
