Senior Agile Coach

As a Senior Agile Coach at Dsquares, your primary responsibilities include leading the Agile transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives, assessing current practices, and recommending improvements. You’ll also work closely with leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement, establish measurable goals, and encourage innovation across teams.

To qualify for the Senior Agile Coach position at Dsquares, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or facilitation, in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and exceptional communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant Agile certifications, is also advantageous.
