About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to lead the transformation of our teams into an Agile mindset. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mentoring, coaching, and guiding our teams in Agile practices, while continuously improving the delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing Agile practices and recommend improvements to enhance team performance.
  • Facilitate Agile rituals (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and help teams to organize and maintain their work.
  • Coach teams on Agile frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure understanding and adoption of best practices.
  • Work closely with leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.
  • Support teams in establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes to track progress and performance.
  • Encourage a mindset of innovation and value delivery among teams.
  • Provide training and development resources to enhance Agile competencies of team members.
  • Help to overcome obstacles and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure team success.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, training, or facilitation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and team dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive change within an organization.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Coach) are a plus.
