Join Duke Health Integrated Practice as a Clinical Nurse in the Outpatient Pediatrics department located in Durham, North Carolina! As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care, working closely with our dynamic team to ensure the highest standards are met. Day-to-day, you'll be engaging with patients through comprehensive assessments, caring for their needs, and documenting their progress as you implement applicable care plans. Your responsibilities will include everything from collecting vital signs and administering vaccinations to collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals and participating in quality improvement programs. With a supportive environment that values your expertise, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute by mentoring other staff members and participating in important committees that enhance patient care. To qualify, you'll need either a BSN or an Associate's degree in nursing, along with a current RN licensure in North Carolina, and three years of experience in pediatric primary care is preferred. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with a strong focus on work-life balance while making a significant impact in the lives of our young patients at Duke Children’s and Internal Medicine North Durham.
