About the Role:

We are seeking an Aftermarket Repair Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in providing top-tier service by repairing and refurbishing a wide range of Eriez equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and the integrity of our products. The technician will be expected to deliver high-quality repairs in a timely manner, reflecting Eriez's commitment to excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

All work completed should mirror the mission and core values of the company; ensure we are providing prompt, superb repair to new and existing customers.

Priorities of work:

Inspect, test, and recertify lift magnets as required. Write up repair work for lift magnets as needed.

Assist or lead in the assembly and disassembly of customers’ equipment in the repair center.
Repair and refurbish Eriez industrial equipment such as SE magnets, all drums, ECS rotors, large feeders, etc.
Assist production in troubleshooting and assembling customer orders.
Work closely with sales, engineering, research, and manufacturing to improve products.

Minimum of two years of experience in assembly of or repairing industrial equipment.
Associate degree, trade skill degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
Mechanical, electrical, and technical ability to handle details of repairs.
Demonstrated leadership ability. Able to work with little supervision and make on the job decisions.
Knowledge of Eriez manufacturing processes and standards.
Knowledge of customer applications and use of Eriez products in these applications preferred.
Ability to read and understand equipment AutoCAD drawings, including mechanical and electrical details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with coworkers and customers.
Basic understanding of applicable electrical codes and regulations, mechanical standards, OSHA, industry and Eriez safety practices or ability and willingness to learn.

Hourly Pay Range - $24.00/ hr. to $27.00/hr. (Commensurate with experience)
