Reporting Structure:

The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior Sales Director.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a given geographic territory, focusing on building relationships with key customers and driving sales initiatives that align with Eriez's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales business and increase volume towards new customers for (All) Eriez products territory.  
  • Analyze and implement strategies to grow markets from the responsible area and implement the best representative strategy. Evaluate, manage & develop representative network to increase sales.
  • Manage, hire, train and travel with Representatives.
  • Assist in finalizing contracts and/or purchase orders with end users in the assigned territory under Eriez guidelines. Increase conversion rate on quotations year over year to increase sales.
  • Review competitive landscape and participate in Exhibitions and Seminars to update Market intelligence.
  • Follow performance goals and report to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Conduct yearly local audits of processes. Generate reports based on findings and conduct follow-up meetings.
  • Responsible for quota generation and the actual sales and booking compared to this quota.
  • Analysis of representative capabilities and if it is detected that the current representative organization cannot perform or will not dedicate the time to perform, then regional sales manager locates and recommends new representative sales organization to the Senior Sales Director for approval for a representative change.
  • Sales lead follow up with representatives to ensure all customers or potential customers are contacted and managed appropriate for the situation.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Experience managing a representative or distribution channel
  • Good cooperation and communication skills required
  • Good understanding of matrix organizations required
  • Strong independence and self-initiative required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
