Job Description
This position will be responsible for performing experimental studies within the Parenteral and Liquid group in Drug Product Development related to the formulation development and testing of therapeutic proteins, virus like molecules, CAR-T based systems and other therapeutic modalities.
- Support the lead Investigator within DPD for the development and optimization of liquid formulations, as well as execution of characterization and stability studies
- May perform various particle testing assays and execute pharmacy manual studies using live tissue culture cells
- Perform cell culture experiments (formulation and process studies)
- This position may also be required to support formulation and filling unit operations including freeze/thaw, mixing, sterile filtration, vial and syringe filling studies under the guidance of the lead Investigator
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelors in Biotechnology or Cell Biology, other scientific related fields can be considered
- Understanding of basic molecular biology techniques, and spectroscopy analysis
- Prior experience with high throughput liquid handling equipment would be helpful for this role
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Work schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
