How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision
We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to provide technical support and ensure the effective management of our IT assets. The role requires handling user requests through our centralized IT Service Management (ITSM) system while proactively addressing network and office infrastructure issues. The IT Administrator will monitor user endpoints to detect abnormalities, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system efficiency. Security is a key priority at EveryPay, and in collaboration with our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the IT Administrator will enforce company policies to ensure compliance and maintain a secure IT environment.

Scale: Our business is on a significant growth trajectory. This means that our tech has to follow suit. You can be expected to work on optimising our architecture and tech, enabling global level of workloads, and solving major, complex, scalability problems.
Breadth: We are on a constant mission of expanding our product line. You will be working on enabling the latest and most innovative payment methods using cutting-edge APIs and infrastructure of companies such as Google, Apple, and Amazon.
Depth: We are a tech company. As we grow, we are constantly re-evaluating our tech stack, and refactor our codebase. We are on a constant mission to refactor, and optimise, our existing codebase.
