Description
As our Social Media Manager in Springfield, Missouri, you’ll earn at least $55,000 a year by creating content that showcases our 250+ kitchenware brands across social media. You’ll help us share our brand’s message, connect with and grow our audience, and work closely with our marketing team to generate sales through platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook.
Each week, you’ll receive direction from our Marketing Director about promotions and overall brand focus, setting the tone for the week. From there, you’ll have the space to shape the content plan, film and edit product-focused videos, and publish them strategically throughout the week. You’ll be responsible for publishing around 3 to 10 short-form videos daily across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and for engaging directly with followers. You’ll lead the charge on how we use social media to drive product sales.
To thrive in this role, you should be familiar with social media trends and comfortable both behind the scenes and on camera. This role includes speaking on camera to explain products and guide conversations, so being clear and confident on video is important. You should be able to take a single product or idea and create multiple pieces of content from it. A background in marketing is essential—whether that comes from hands-on experience or formal education—because this role is more than just posting. You’ll need to understand how content contributes to sales and visibility. Experience with content tools like CapCut, Canva, or Photoshop is a must. You’ll need to independently create content that’s not just visually appealing but also effective at driving interest and sales. While you’ll get input from the team, your ability to apply marketing knowledge, make decisions, and stay consistent will be key.
This role blends creativity with planning. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building community, generating results through social content, and finding ways to improve what we do. We’re a responsive team, and we value people who take initiative, think practically, and aren’t afraid to test new ideas.
Within three months, success looks like:
If you have experience working with influencers, selling through TikTok Shop, selling through Meta Shop, or have generated real revenue from social media platforms in the past, we’d love to hear about it–those skills may come with additional compensation.
