Job Title: Software Development Staff Engineer

Serve as the subject matter expert in the SailPoint IIQ space; Partner with internal teams to ensure support software activities are aligned with application design; Act as functional technical lead of the support engineer team to drive a strong engineering culture; Lead projects & resources accordingly to comply with timelines and have agile capabilities to adjust as needed during project activities; Perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts and break down high-level information into actionable work plans; Establish and implement a robust application monitoring processes to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place and avoid downtimes within our IAM systems; Assist technical team members with the system/technical portion of their deliverables (e.g, test plans, implement monitoring activities, etc.); Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to resolve incident and alerts accordingly based on establish incident response timelines. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Staff Engineer-related occupation.
