Work Schedule:

  • A 5-day workweek that may include a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Sundays have historically been one of our highest closing days.
  • Appointment slots typically start at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM. Sales Representatives are expected to be available for three pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily and attend in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week.

On the Road:

  • Travel is required. Appointments may be located 30 minutes to 2 hours away.

  • Conduct in-home estimates for renovation projects, including bath/shower, windows, and doors.
  • Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Strong communication and memorization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of home improvement, particularly bath/shower and/or windows/doors.
  • Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment.
  • Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
