FORSHAW has an immediate need for a dynamic, team-oriented Assistant Controller in our Charlotte, NC office. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, this position will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and have a seat at the table as part of a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organization skills and a sense of urgency. This individual will have a keen understanding of key business drivers and a desire to understand the industry. As the Assistant Controller, it is expected this individual will have and maintain a working knowledge of generally acceptable accounting principles. Additionally, this individual will need to serve as a mentor to team members and be able to work collaboratively with others throughout the company.
