Responsibilities

Resolving Stock Issue Tickets, Licensing Tickets, and other Miscellaneous Tickets
Acting as a back-up for the Order Processing team
Working on Sample Order processing
Working on Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings updation
Handling adhoc tasks during the slow season
Working on reporting tasks and projects
Training and mentoring Jr. Associates when required
