Operations and Logistics Associate (Order Team)
Join a high-growth operations team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building and supporting student entrepreneurship.
Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Decision-making under tight timelines
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Resolving Stock Issue Tickets, Licensing Tickets, and other Miscellaneous Tickets
- Acting as a back-up for the Order Processing team
- Working on Sample Order processing
- Working on Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings updation
- Handling adhoc tasks during the slow season
- Working on reporting tasks and projects
- Training and mentoring Jr. Associates when required
