The Role

We are seeking a talented Automation Specialist to design and implement automated systems that drive operational efficiency and improve customer value. In this role, you will assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and leverage modern tools and platforms to create seamless, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and maximize the impact of automation on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes across CRM, accounting, operations, support, and analytics to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using both no-code (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, N8N) and custom-coded solutions.
  • Work with APIs and system integrations to connect business platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and NetSuite.
  • Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance ETL pipelines using both automation platforms and custom scripting to ensure efficient and seamless data integration across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of automated processes.
