Caregiver (AM and PM Shift)

As a Caregiver at Glen Park Senior Living, your primary responsibilities include supporting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal assistance. You will also actively participate in the facility’s Activities Program, contributing to our goal of enhancing overall quality of life for our residents. Additionally, you’ll gather insights to foster communication between residents and their families regarding nutrition and personal care.

To qualify as a Caregiver at Glen Park Senior Living, you must possess a Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance, a valid CPR/First Aid certificate, and pass a health screening including a negative TB test. Prior experience in caregiving can be beneficial, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Glen Park Senior Living offers flexible shifts for the Caregiver position, including an AM Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a PM Shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. This variety allows you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a positive impact in our residents' lives.

Glen Park Senior Living is committed to your ongoing professional development. As a Caregiver, you will attend monthly and quarterly in-services totaling 12 hours of training each year. This training will focus on enhancing your skills in caring for residents, including specialized training for those with developmental disabilities.
