The Product Marketing team at Gorgias plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products by connecting customer insights, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies. This highly collaborative and visible team partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to drive adoption, revenue, and long-term success. Currently a team of 7 PMM’s distributed globally, we are passionate about creating compelling messaging, empowering internal teams with impactful enablement resources, and delivering campaigns that resonate with our customers.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Gorgias’ products, either under our Support or Marketing Suite. You will be responsible for developing a strong go-to-market strategy, oversee product adoption, and support execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and growth teams, you will ensure measurable success and impactful campaigns. This role will split focus across driving immediate execution and supporting long-term growth opportunities.
You’ll be shaping messaging, positioning, and launch initiatives for the Gorgias Suite of products to ensure it drives significant impact and achieves success within the Shopify ecosystem.
You’ll be collaborating with sales, CX, and demand generation teams to accelerate product adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth for the Gorgias Marketing Suite.
Be the go-to expert by creating high-impact enablement materials like sales playbooks, customer success guides, and training resources to empower internal teams and enhance performance.
You’ll own the performance metrics for one of the products within the Gorgias Marketing Suite, driving strategies across email campaigns, in-product initiatives, and webinars to achieve adoption and revenue KPIs.
You will play a key role in assisting in forecasting, adoption and revenue goals, synthesizing insights from GTM teams to ensure accountability and alignment with the Gorgias Marketing Suite’s objectives.
Be the project manager driving execution, overseeing the creation of sales and CX collateral to support onboarding, expansion, and revenue growth.
You’ll conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities that position the Gorgias Marketing Suite as an industry expert in the market.
3+ years of experience in product marketing in a high growth SaaS environment
You are a self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more.
Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. From Day 1, you’ll need to align stakeholders across multiple teams—many of which may have competing priorities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. While we won’t expect you to fine-tune marketing copy, you need to be able to clearly tell a story without resorting to corporate jargon.
A creative spark. While analytical chops are critical to your success, we also pride ourselves on being able to think outside the box.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or ecommerce marketing tools.
Experience working on AI-powered or conversational marketing products.
Previous ownership of product launch activities and campaign optimization.
Background in project management methodologies (e.g., RACI frameworks).
