As a Physical Therapist - Orthopedic, you will perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to aid recovery. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with doctors and therapists to ensure coordinated care, document patient progress, educate families, and participate in team discussions to optimize treatment outcomes.

To qualify for the Physical Therapist - Orthopedic position, you must hold a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A valid physical therapy license in good standing in New Jersey is required. Additionally, while 2+ years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is preferable, experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is highly valued.

In your role, you'll administer a variety of treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to aid recovery and prevent further injuries. You'll create custom treatment plans tailored to each patient's journey to better mobility while incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.
