Position Overview:

We’re excited to announce that we are hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dedicated team in North Richmond, California! This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus fantastic benefits. At our company, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional mental health services that emphasize healing, resilience, and personal growth. As an LPCC, you will play a pivotal role in providing individual, group, and family counseling that addresses a wide array of mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure integrated care for our clients. We are looking for an empathetic individual who not only possesses a valid LPCC license but also has a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience and proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT. You'll also maintain accurate clinical records and partake in clinical supervision and staff meetings.
