We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our mental health team in California. In this full-time role, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups, helping them manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes.
