People Operations Lead

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and will require you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Grindr (NYSE: GRND) is seeking an outstanding People Operations Lead who will increase talent density by driving talent management, leadership development, employee life cycle management, and engagement.

Increase Talent Density & Performance Management

  • Design and implement a best-in-class continuous performance management system that drives accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with leadership to identify, attract, and retain only top-tier talent while ensuring low performers are either developed or transitioned out.

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to create clear success profiles for every role, ensuring a rigorous approach to performance expectations.

  • Build a data-driven approach to measuring and improving individual and organizational performance.

Talent Development & Leadership Growth

  • Create and execute high-impact learning and development programs that support a culture of excellence.

  • Partner with managers to enhance leadership capabilities, providing coaching, mentorship programs, and structured feedback loops.

  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuous leadership pipeline development.

Employee Life Cycle Management & Engagement

  • Own the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a frictionless and high-impact experience.

  • Build and optimize people processes that retain top talent and drive productivity .

  • Develop and implement data-driven engagement strategies, using pulse surveys, retention analytics, and employee feedback.

  • Foster an intensely high-performing culture while ensuring employees feel deeply engaged and motivated.
