Responsibilities: Provide virtual consultations, solution-focused interventions, crisis support, and culturally relevant counseling to students in grades K-12 while collaborating with school personnel and care management teams.
Skills: Required: Active Iowa state Associate Social Work License (t-LMHC or t-LMFT), experience in pediatric mental health, technological proficiency, and effective communication skills. Preferred: Fluency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Tagalog.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric mental/behavioral health; experience in a school setting is a plus.
Location: This is a fully remote position within the USA.
Compensation: $66100 - $75800 / Annually
