Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the Helios' client base in the HR tech industry.  This role involves developing innovative sales strategies, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.  The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and success in the competitive HR tech landscape, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach and benefit clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HR tech and SaaS market.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy and product development.
