Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which consists of referring families out to communities and scheduling tours for them to ultimately drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor you will be the company’s first interaction with a family with the goal of being empathetic to their situation and delivering a great family experience.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION.
You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and would require 2 weekend days and 2 week days (10-hour shifts), along with occasional holiday shifts during the year.

As a Weekend Inbound Phone Sales Specialist at A Place for Mom, you will play a key role in guiding families through the often complex journey of finding senior care solutions. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with families who are searching for the best care options for their loved ones. You’ll take inbound, pre-screened leads, conducting warm consultations to assess families’ needs, providing them with detailed information about various senior living options, from independent living to memory care. With a strong commitment to your role, you will educate families and help them navigate their choices, ensuring they feel supported and empowered in making these crucial decisions. Your sales prowess will shine as you assist families in scheduling tours and connecting them with appropriate care providers. In this rewarding position, you will be measured on your ability to reach daily production benchmarks while upholding A Place for Mom's values of empathy and teamwork, making a meaningful difference in the lives of families during a vulnerable time.
