About Us: HelloGov AI is an innovative startup revolutionizing the application processes for passports, travel visas, vehicle registration, and immigration using AI and new technologies. Role Objective: As a UI/UX Designer at HelloGov AI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. As a UI/UX designer, you’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to create compelling and engaging designs that enhance the customer experience. As you progress, you’ll be given the opportunity to play a bigger role in the look, feel and functionality of both the HelloGov platform and brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating design content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Support the development of user interface designs for our AI-driven applications using our brand style and design system
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our design strategies.
  • Maintain consistency in style and branding across all design projects.
  • Take feedback from senior designers and product team to incorporate changes and improve designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • A portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Figma to create UX, UI and graphic design
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to balance design best practices with a move fast and break things mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
