Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing national and local strategies to onboard Rider Assistants, leveraging data for process optimization, providing direct support, maintaining training resources, and leading compliance protocols.
Skills: Candidates should have strong organizational and analytical skills, experience in developing scalable processes, proficiency with data interpretation (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets), and excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include proven experience in managing high-performing operational teams, along with project management experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
Location: This is a fully remote position available in multiple states including CA, NY, TX, and more, allowing for flexibility in work location.
Compensation: $75000 - $85000 / Annually

This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
