Sales Development Representative (Night Shift)

We seek a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, building relationships, and initiating the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can identify decision-makers within target accounts, engage them effectively, and schedule demos to drive sales growth.

  • Must have experience in Business Development & Sales in Usa, UK or Europe markets, exp. with Saas product that's great.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and lead generation in B2B enterprise client.
  • Conduct daily outbound LinkedIn messages and emails to identify and engage with key decision-makers
  • Qualify outbound leads to create a pipeline of potential customers.
  • English fluency with IELTS 7 band or higher.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with tools: sales navigator, apollo.io, email marketing tools, cold calling tools.
  • Generate interest and schedule demos with prospective clients
  • Accurately maintain and update prospect data in the CRM, ensuring clean and organized records
  • Follow a structured outreach process, including cadencing/sequencing to optimize prospect engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to Account Executive.
