Position Summary:


As a Brand Designer on our Brand Design Studio team, you will create visually compelling designs that bring our brand to life across various marketing platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design who excels at crafting impactful presentations, marketing materials, social media graphics, and tradeshow assets. You will play a key role in elevating our visual storytelling through your design expertise, creating compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and communicates our brand values effectively.

 

Your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking will be essential in driving the success of our communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to work across multiple platforms to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective visual content, while ensuring the quality and consistency of our visual assets in adherence to brand guidelines and industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design leadership to develop a variety of marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, etc.) using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design Engaging Presentations: Create visually stunning and effective presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint and Figma, ensuring they are on-brand and impactful.
  • Create Social Media Templates: Design eye-catching social media templates using Canva and Figma that align with our brand’s visual identity.
  • Design Event and Tradeshow Materials: Create engaging graphics and systems for events, tradeshows, and other promotional materials.
  • Creative Ideation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and deliver designs that meet business objectives while enhancing Included Health's visual storytelling and brand presence.
  • Production Support: Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure the successful execution of design projects, providing necessary files and specifications as needed.
  • Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 3-10 years of professional graphic design experience, with a diverse portfolio showcasing digital and print materials, presentation designs, marketing materials, social ads, and tradeshow graphics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
  • Core Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly within diverse teams to achieve design goals.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring quality and consistency without the support of a project manager..
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and translate them into visual content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ability to ensure the quality and consistency of visual content, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.


Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Canva Experience: Proficiency with Canva for template design and creating brand kits.
  • Web Design/UX/UI: Knowledge of web design principles, design systems in Figma, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms.


Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
  • Ability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, 40 days per week.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.


The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:


Zone A: $81,260 - $105,640 + equity + benefits

Zone B: $89,386  - $116,204 + equity + benefits

Zone C: $97,512 - $126,768  + equity + benefits

Zone D: $105,638  - $137,332  + equity + benefits


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to receiving a competitive base salary, the compensation package may include, depending on the role, the following:


Remote-first culture
