We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
Marketing Promotion and Operations: Manage official exhibition websites, WeChat, and Weibo platforms to drive event promotion, audience recruitment, and forum collaborations.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan and implement professional exhibition activities, including industry forums/summits, award ceremonies, business negotiation conferences, and ensure smooth project execution.
Internal Communication and Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely information exchange with marketing supervisors, sales teams, and operations teams.
Promotion Target Achievement: Assist in developing exhibitor and investor acquisition strategies, and achieve key performance indicators such as recruiting professional buyers.
Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing promotion and event planning for professional exhibitions. Background with exhibition organizers or advertising agencies is preferred.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and media.
Technical Skills: Proficient in office software, excellent writing abilities, and proven planning capabilities.
