  1. Marketing Promotion and Operations: Manage official exhibition websites, WeChat, and Weibo platforms to drive event promotion, audience recruitment, and forum collaborations.

  2. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and implement professional exhibition activities, including industry forums/summits, award ceremonies, business negotiation conferences, and ensure smooth project execution.

  3. Internal Communication and Coordination: Ensure accurate and timely information exchange with marketing supervisors, sales teams, and operations teams.

  4. Promotion Target Achievement: Assist in developing exhibitor and investor acquisition strategies, and achieve key performance indicators such as recruiting professional buyers.

  1. Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.

  2. Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing promotion and event planning for professional exhibitions. Background with exhibition organizers or advertising agencies is preferred.

  3. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and media.

  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in office software, excellent writing abilities, and proven planning capabilities.
