Part-Time Recruiter

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.


We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time contract Recruiter to join our team at InvestorFlow. The ideal candidate will help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for various roles in the United States and United Kingdom, ensuring alignment with our company culture and growth goals. This role is remote-friendly within the United States and offers flexible hours, perfect for a professional seeking a part-time opportunity in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


You Will:
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical, sales, marketing, and operational roles within the Financial Services and tech industries.
  • Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define hiring criteria.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as an ambassador for InvestorFlow’s values and culture.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.


You Have:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the financial services or tech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-related roles, including technical (e.g., software developers, engineers) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing) positions.
  • Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
  • Bonus points if you have recruitment experience in the United Kingdom.


$40 - $60 an hour
