One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Product Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for critical IT Risk and Compliance products, such as Third-party Risk Management, Enterprise & IT Risk Management, and CrossComply Data Privacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that customer needs and market opportunities are at the forefront of all decisions. You will also work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver valuable product features, define success metrics, and iterate based on feedback. The role requires a strong passion for building user-friendly, scalable products and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, especially in the risk and compliance space.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development through to launch and go-to-market activities.
  • Lead customer and market research efforts to identify pain points and uncover product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop, validate, and ship product solutions.
  • Set product success metrics, track progress, and continuously iterate based on feedback and insights.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities, ensuring effective product enablement.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions, bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and communicate product vision.
  • Passion for delivering excellent user experiences with simplicity and scalability.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment with complex product portfolios.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is highly desirable.
