🔝 Our leader is Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle - #3 spot among all iOS/Android word games in the US.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to become the key marketing owner within our R&D team. In this role, you will have full control over the entire UA cycle—from testing hypotheses and launching campaigns to analyzing and optimizing them.   • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Take full ownership of user acquisition within the R&D team, managing everything from campaign launches and day-to-day execution to performance assessment and ongoing optimization.

  • Use a data-driven approach to analyze campaigns, funnels and creatives daily, establishing clear “rules of engagement” for advertising strategies.

  • Collaborate with Creative Producers and Game Designers to generate and refine innovative concepts.

  • Perform thorough audience research from a performance marketing perspective, examining demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and develop marketing hypotheses.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Experience in User Acquisition in mobile games  2 years +

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Ads complemented by practical, hands-on experience

  • Confident knowledge of the funnel and performance indicators in UA

  • Exceptional research abilities, including audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and exploring performance marketing channels

  • Proficiency in presenting research insights and proposals in a clear, persuasive manner

  • Reliance on data-driven methodologies and analytical thinking
