Juicebox is an AI-powered recruiting platform. We help recruiters identify, assess, and engage the best talent.

In the last 12 months, we’ve grown to mid 7 figures in revenue with 30% monthly growth. We have 1,000+ customers including Patreon, Replit, and leading AI labs.

We’ve raised $6M from leading investors (unannounced round, we will share more on call).

Join Juicebox as our first Chief of Staff. You'll work closely with David (CEO) on everything company-building related.

The Role

The Chief of Staff (CoS) role is a strong fit for future founders who want to experience hyper-growth. You'll see all parts of building a rapidly-scaling company and will own projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • High Agency: you can independently bring a project from start to finish. As Keith Rabois would put it, you're a barrel.

  • Top University: you attended a highly competitive university, either in the US or abroad.

  • High-intensity Work: experience in consulting, banking, startups, or similar.

  • 1+ Years of Work Exp: you've worked for at least one year full time after graduating college.

Nice to have

  • Early Stage Startup: you’ve worked at an early stage startup, Seed through Series B, or started your own company.

  • Recruiting / HR Tech Interest: you've shown interest in the recruiting tech space.

Compensation: $100-$120K base salary, based on experience. 20% commission, uncapped. Generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision. Lunch stipend.
