Job Description


Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team, supporting critical operational functions within various departments throughout the company, cementing the company's support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring internal and external compliance, and fostering continued growth.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Roles filled under this job description are not intended to involve direct customer interaction, however, individual(s) hired must be comfortable supporting a lean operational environment with heavy internal stakeholder communication . 
  • Responsibilities may include data entry, document processing, record keeping, and file management.
  • Individual(s) hired will be expected to maintain precise data and possess a high level attention to detail.
  • The role(s) filled may involve ensuring adherence to, tracking of, and reporting on, company policies and regulations. 
  • Most possess proficiency in working within Google Suite. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities required. 
  • Previous experience working in an agile contracting environment is a plus.

$80,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation for this role is $80,000 to $150,000 Annual Salary + Benefits + Growth Potential

Note: to ensure we remain compliant with all state, county, and local employment and tax regulations, applicants must currently reside in one of the following states to be considered for employment with MO. This list will be updated periodically as our Employee Experience team works to open up hiring in additional states.

Candidates in the DC region are preferred.

The contract this position supports requires US Citizenship.

This position will remain open until 09 April 2025.

In support of the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, and others like it across the country, MO's job descriptions feature the starting range we reasonably expect to pay to candidates who would join our team with little to no need for training on the responsibilities we've outlined above. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
