The Opportunity


We are excited to be hiring a Senior Product Manager, Kai to join our team. In this role, you will redefine how admins interact with data, making it easier to find, understand, and act on critical insights. You will lead efforts to surface actionable information within Kandji and through Kai, Kandji’s AI Assistant, while driving improvements that empower admins to work more efficiently and proactively. By focusing on innovative data visualization and findability, you will shape tools and experiences that fundamentally change how admins approach their daily tasks and make informed decisions.


How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, admins, and stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and product opportunities for Kai.
  • Drive the execution of data-driven features and improvements through iterative delivery and rapid learning cycles.
  • Lead the evolution of Kai, Kandji’s AI Assistant, by enhancing its capabilities to surface actionable insights and proactively assist admins in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and other Product teams to create impactful user experiences, ensuring the Why behind each initiative is well understood.
  • Enable admins to act on critical data by improving findability and developing innovative data visualizations that empower informed, proactive decision-making.
  • Define and maintain the strategy and product roadmaps for Kai, aligning with company goals and other product areas.
  • Utilize strategic insight to identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance the capabilities of Kandji’s web app and AI-powered solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends by conducting competitive analyses and monitoring advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies.
  • Navigate ambiguity and dynamic environments with confidence, embracing challenges and finding clarity through collaboration and discovery.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably building B2B SaaS products and features.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and scope customer and prospect needs while balancing a long-term vision with immediate business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly absorb and communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building machine learning or AI powered driven features/systems.
  • Formal Product training or certification (e.g., certified product owner).
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
