WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

Kaseya is looking for a Director Product Owner to drive standards and governance across all the financials, procurement, and HR systems globally, leading the maintenance and development for all their products/systems/areas.  Main technology includes NetSuite and Oracle ERP.   Other technologies include Salesforce, Mulesoft, Snowflake and Microsoft. This role will drive innovation, business process, requirements, and motivate cross functional teams across IT and the business functions. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions.  This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc.  This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization's financial and supply chain operations. 

 Scope includes Finance, Accounting, AP, Expenses, Procurement, GL, Supply Chain, Reporting, HR, Legal, and other corporate applications.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Manage and innovate Kaseya Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Hire to Retire business processes and back-office systems, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Bamboo HR. 
  • Work with the cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather and document requirements for all new features and enhancements related to internal, core HR and Finance applications. 
  • Be the SME on how core Finance and HR apps operate and integrate with other enterprise apps. 
  • Lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical users stories w/ engineering team 
  • Prioritize backlog of work ensuring alignment of initiatives with corporate strategy. 
  • Work with key business leadership to prepare change mgmt. documentation prior to release. 
  • Assist with knowledge transfer for Product marketing efforts 
  • Help overall organization to continually mature operating model and improve processes. 
  • Must have strong business acumen with knowledge of MSPs and Corporate/BIS systems. 
  • Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA and processes to improve operational efficiencies of business operations. 
  • Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America). 
  • Ability to lead non-direct reports across application BA, admins, developers, and 3rd party resources. Work closely with Peers and management in USA. 
  • Streamline application support and process for the company and manage SLAs. 
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. 
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities. 
  • Work with third-party integrations tools (Mulesoft) and DellBoomi 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Define and drive the product line strategy and evangelize the product vision to customers, partners, employees, and investors.   
 
Ensure that the roadmap aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, and the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.   
 
Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.   
 
Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Demonstrate a customer-driven mindset by participating frequently in customer conversations and ensuring ongoing customer feedback and validation   
 
Be the voice of your product line. Inspire the Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams with your vision, market knowledge, and executional abilities. Act as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, both face to face and online   
 
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and user experience teams to define and develop best-in-class product experiences  
 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:  

  • 15+ years of experience as a IT senior leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like NetSuite, Oracle ERP. 
  • 8+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience 
  • 8+ years of NetSuite experience or equivalent ERP experience 
  • Sound understanding of corporate SaaS product application management and development. 
  • Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration between CRM, HRM, ERP, and EPM applications. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities. 
  • Proven track record of execution and accountability 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset 
  • Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture 
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. 
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity. 
  • Strong data management abilities 
  • Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, peers, engineers, and business partners 
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. 
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. 
  • Familiar with MDM (Master Data Management) for customer, finance/accounting, procurement, and HR processes. 
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus 
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes a plus 
  • Vendor Management, Contract Management, Spend Management, SW/Vendor RFPs 

 

SKILLS: 
Leadership – A proven ability to set a vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholders.   
 
Proven experience bringing enterprise software products to market.   
 
Experience with Agile development methodologies including at least three years of experience with a variant of Agile (lean, kanban, etc.).   
 
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.   
 
Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges through to go-to-market and business strategies.  
 
Communications/Leadership 
Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
