WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is looking for a Director Product Owner to drive standards and governance across all the financials, procurement, and HR systems globally, leading the maintenance and development for all their products/systems/areas. Main technology includes NetSuite and Oracle ERP. Other technologies include Salesforce, Mulesoft, Snowflake and Microsoft. This role will drive innovation, business process, requirements, and motivate cross functional teams across IT and the business functions. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization's financial and supply chain operations.
Scope includes Finance, Accounting, AP, Expenses, Procurement, GL, Supply Chain, Reporting, HR, Legal, and other corporate applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and drive the product line strategy and evangelize the product vision to customers, partners, employees, and investors.
Ensure that the roadmap aligns with the overall product and company vision. Be an expert on the domain, the market, and the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going.
Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.
Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Demonstrate a customer-driven mindset by participating frequently in customer conversations and ensuring ongoing customer feedback and validation
Be the voice of your product line. Inspire the Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams with your vision, market knowledge, and executional abilities. Act as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, both face to face and online
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and user experience teams to define and develop best-in-class product experiences
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
SKILLS:
Leadership – A proven ability to set a vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholders.
Proven experience bringing enterprise software products to market.
Experience with Agile development methodologies including at least three years of experience with a variant of Agile (lean, kanban, etc.).
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges through to go-to-market and business strategies.
Communications/Leadership
Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
