Head of Product

Kasheesh is the first and only product that lets consumers split their payments across multiple credit, debit, and gift cards. Kasheesh is on an exciting mission to drive unparalleled flexibility for consumers for any payment or purchase. Having already launched a mobile app, extension, and web application Kasheesh will continue to expand its offerings to support customers wherever and whenever they need to make payments. We’ve also launched our patented Smart Split technology, helping consumers make the right financial decisions to help keep their credit utilization and potentially improve their credit scoreThis is an opportunity for a proven and strategic leader to build upon Kasheesh’s existing success and drive the company to its next stage of innovation and growth. As Head of Product, you will oversee and refine Kasheesh’s product and technology roadmap, ensuring continued alignment with consumer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. 


In this role, you will not only enhance what we’ve already built but also implement new strategies that elevate our product offerings, scale our technology infrastructure, with the aim of positioning Kasheesh as the benchmark for innovation in the payments industry. You will play a large role in leadership, fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring that our technology and product vision drive the company’s long-term growth. From optimizing and enhancing the onboarding experience, making our mobile app a preferred option for payments on the go, to developing brand new features that meet the needs of consumers, the near-term horizon for Kasheesh brings many exciting opportunities.


As a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide vision, leadership to members of the Kasheesh team and provide provide 'strategic direction' for all facets of the product and customer experience that will propel Kasheesh toward long-term success as we continue to set new standards in the way people manage their payments.


Basic Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or combined roles within payments, banking and financial services industries. 
  • Experience scaling consumer technology platforms to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team management.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on using data and customer feedback to drive decisions.


Ideal Requirements
  • Proven track record of launching and managing financial products, Digital wallets  or payments solutions.
  • Knowledge of credit and debit card rails and flow of funds
  • Expertise in developing onboarding and  KYC processes, with a deep understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Understanding of consumer retail trends and/or experience with check-out and merchant payments 
  • Experience with a rewards program and/or merchant based and card linked offers
  • Experience with project and program management, including working with engineering teams that utilize Agile methodologies


Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to deeply understand Kasheesh’s users financial problems and anxieties to enhance future product development
  • Identify the most pressing issues in the product, find creative solutions to them, and quickly implement improvements
  • Drive team execution by defining roadmaps
  • Work closely with the engineering, marketing, customer success, and team counterparts to deliver quality products.
  • Work with the Kasheesh team to ensure consistency of experience across both the consumer and internal sides of the product
  • Define clear product requirements for new features
  • Monitor product data to refine and innovate post product launch


$170,000 - $225,000 a year
