Kodiak is hiring a CAD Drafter! This role will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the mechanical design infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between SolidWorks and PLM (Arena). Your expertise in creating and managing CAD drawings, libraries, and design files will directly support manufacturing and supply chain teams, improving efficiency and accuracy. By troubleshooting design system issues and collaborating with external partners, you will enhance workflow automation and customization, driving innovation in Kodiak’s engineering processes.
The annual salary range for this full-time position in California is $100,000-140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
