📌 About the Position:

Our Media Management roles are the backbone of digital performance—building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms. We’re hiring across multiple levels, including Media Analyst (individual contributor), Media Manager (mid-level), and Media Director (senior-level).

Based on your experience, we’ll align you to the role where you can make an immediate impact and continue to grow. All positions offer opportunities for hands-on work, strategic development, and cross-functional collaboration with creative, analytics, and account management teams.

These roles report to varying levels of media leadership depending on role and team structure. Salary ranges vary from $50,000 to $125,000 based on experience and level.

Media Planning & Execution:
You’ll build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. You’ll ensure campaign accuracy, pacing, and performance—whether you’re executing or overseeing strategy.

Performance Optimization:
You’ll drive results through constant testing and iteration—adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and tactics to meet KPIs. You’ll apply data-driven insights to enhance performance and efficiency.

Reporting & Insights:
You’ll analyze media data and translate it into compelling stories that show results and drive strategy. You’ll create dashboards, deliver reports, and guide performance conversations with both internal teams and clients.

Strategic Collaboration:
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals. Senior-level roles will lead those strategic discussions and mentor junior talent.

Mentorship & Leadership:
You’ll contribute to team development—supporting analysts with technical execution, sharing best practices, and driving knowledge growth across the team. At higher levels, you’ll lead and scale media teams.

Industry Trendspotting:
You’ll stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and media innovations—bringing fresh thinking to every campaign and helping the team remain ahead of the curve.

Depending on your experience level, the right role for you might include:

  • 1–10+ years of experience in a digital agency or performance media setting
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Understanding of campaign optimization strategies (A/B testing, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets, and dashboarding platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project management tools like Asana
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams (for manager/director levels)
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (or interest in learning and applying them)
