LHB has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Energy & Industry Team in Duluth or Minneapolis, Minnesota! If you're passionate about mechanical engineering and love working on a variety of projects, this is the role for you! As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of supervising and leading mechanical engineering designs across multiple sectors such as Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Mining & Heavy Manufacturing, and Power & Distribution. Collaborating closely with clients, you'll help develop project scopes and estimations, ensuring every project is finished efficiently and successfully. Your expertise will shine through as you conduct design calculations and system analysis, ensuring that all documentation and reporting needs are met. Furthermore, you'll have the chance to mentor junior engineers, fostering their development while cultivating relationships with clients to promote growth for the organization. Participating in business development activities and attending trade shows will be key aspects of your role, all while following LHB’s QA/QC processes. With a commitment to high-performance and sustainable design solutions, you will make a significant impact not only in the projects you lead but in the communities we serve. If you have over 10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a PE license, and a knack for fostering collaborative environments, we want to hear from you!
