Your ImpactThe Assistant Marketing Manager of Sports Experience & Event Planning will be responsible for curating and executing exceptional experiences for guests, customers, and partners. This position will serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events and engaging with guests and stakeholders while upholding high standards of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail in all interactions. This Assistant Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of experiential initiatives to ensure memorable interactions that reflect on the Lowe's brand values and leave a lasting impression.What you will doDesign and implement innovative experiential programs and events that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.Manage all aspects of guests' experiences including accommodations, catering, transportation, and entertainment.Develop strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues to secure resources for events.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate experiential initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and strategies.Work cross-functionally with internal partners such as social, PR, CR, Pro Teams, and Store Operations on all aspects of event coordination.Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Evaluate the success of events through metrics, feedback, and post-event analysis, making recommendations for improvement.Liaise with event organizers, sponsors, and VIP guests to facilitate seamless experiences and hospitality arrangements.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to executive hosting and guest arrangements.This position will work with third-party sports agencies on event execution.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality management, or experiential marketing.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience managing hospitality and logistics for high-profile events, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of legal and safety regulations related to events and hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
