Our video production division specializes in creating promotional and explainer content for clients across a range of industries, from tech to gaming. We’re currently seeking a talented Concept Artist to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, creating visually stunning videos for a diverse range of clients. What you will do:

  • Develop high-quality, original concept art for environment and character designs that are both stylized and realistically detailed.
  • Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to ensure visual consistency and to integrate feedback throughout the creative process.
  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives that support the overall project vision.
  • Produce multiple iterations quickly and efficiently, balancing creativity with production deadlines.
  • Work on related tasks such as color scripts, mood boards, and reference boards to guide the final production design.
  • Ensure all artwork is created using traditional painting techniques, 3d or digital painting tools; AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

  • Proven experience as a Concept Artist, especially in designing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in digital painting tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter, Procreate) and a solid grasp of traditional art fundamentals.
  • Ability to stylize designs while incorporating realistic details that enhance the project’s visual narrative.
  • Familiarity with 3D software is a plus; candidates with 3D skills are encouraged, though exceptional painting skills remain the top priority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create detailed, immersive environment art.
