Digital Learning Designer - Remote (30 hours per week)

We are delighted to be recruiting for a part time Digital Learning Designer to join our global Learning & Development team. Reporting to our Head of Learning & Development, you’ll design and deliver engaging, interactive e-learning courses and training materials that empower our global network and align with our strategic aims.  

Salary: (UK): £28,484 (0.8FTE - 30 hours per week (£35,605 FTE)) plus benefits (Our pay philosophy ensures consistency across locations and salaries. The starting salary for this opportunity plus benefits depends on location of the candidate). 

Your impact:

  • Design creative, interactive digital learning experiences using Articulate 360 Storyline & Rise.
  • Develop training content that is accessible, inclusive and engaging, ensuring impactful learning for individuals, teams, and the wider organisation.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access to training resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into high-quality digital learning solutions.
  • Create offline training materials for global teams with limited LMS access, ensuring everyone can benefit from learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate and refine training programmes to maximise their impact and effectiveness.

About you:

  • Proven experience in e-learning design, with expertise in Articulate 360 Storyline & Rise.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories and digital learning best practices.
  • Familiarity with Moodle or other LMS platforms, with hands-on experience managing online learning.
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a global network and translate training needs into meaningful learning experiences.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A creative mindset, always looking for new ways to enhance learning experiences.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality learning content.

  • 34 days annual leave (pro-rated for part time working patterns) including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day each completed calendar year, to a maximum of 39 days (+ option to buy another week)
