Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

We are looking for skillful Web Frontend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.


Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diverse and exciting challenges while crafting innovative solutions.


Enjoy the flexibility of working within the Polish time zone and collaborate with clients from diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and many others.


Salary: PLN 6.000 - 9.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 5.000 - 7.000 brutto (UZL)


  • Required skills: 1 year of commercial experience in web development, understanding of basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), basic experience with React.js, basic Webpack v4+ with Babel, knowledge-hungry

Your future tasks and duties:
  • Writing personal-best possible JS code
  • Technical involvement in the product - finding the ways to improve it
  • Writing documentation for delivered code
  • Peer code review
  • Reuse and improve of the company knowledge base
  • Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)
  • Direct connection to the design person and implementation of its vision within HTML and CSS
  • Learning, learning and learning ;)


About you - Tech skills & Experience:
  • 1 year of commercial experience in web development
  • Understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), used Classes and follow recent additions/functionalities, used Babel
  • Basic experience with React.js - know most of its basic APIs/features, was working on at least 1-2 projects involving such technologies, have commercial experience in it
  • Worked with at least one state container and understand its concept
  • Read or configured basic Webpack v4+ with Babel
  • Connected to REST API and built basic logic
  • Open-minded to new challenges (TypeScript, React frameworks like Next.js or Remix, etc.) with company coherency in mind

  • English level B2/C1 to cooperate with American clients
  • Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team
  • Knowledge-hungry, positive attitude
  • Effective communication - crucial for seeking feedback and understanding others' perspectives
  • Open-minded to new ideas, perspectives, and feedback from experienced colleagues
  • Being open to change and adapting to different situations 
  • Being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvements
  • Enthusiastic for learning and taking on challenges
  • Actively seeking solutions and trying to figure things out on your own, but not being afraid to ask for help when needed


Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, open-source contributions, Serverless experience, experience in TypeScript and various BE frameworks
  • Know what AWS is and gets why is it used
  • Knowledge about how to run Docker images and how to use them
  • Understand the significance of MVP and aim to deliver top-notch results, even amid tight project timelines
  • Team-Player - gets a vibe of what Agile/Scrum is and wants to work as a team towards one goal
