The Training Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the training activities to support our Employee Acceleration Programs as well as our Belonging Development portfolio. The Training Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the training and development activities for employees’ company wide. Ensure applicable, consistent and timely training. Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to update existing training or design new trainings as needs arise.Job Description
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Partner with the Belonging Team, Business and HR Leaders to ensure curriculum addresses needs of new and existing employees.
-Conduct needs analysis to guide creation of new training and the modification or elimination of existing training. Monitors, revises and adds content as needed.
-Partner with SME's to create and update training materials such as presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, and post-course quizzes and follow up. Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various trainers.
-Lead and facilitate specific critical trainings both on-site at local offices and in a virtual-live setting.
-Support the agenda, development and implementation of corporate leadership development programs.
-Execute seamless scheduling of classes, trainers, rooms and other resources.
-Own records for training programs, including evaluations and employee participation.
-Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various trainers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
At least 1 year as a Training Manager, responsible for the design and implementation of corporate learning programs.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Presentation experience (small- to mid-size groups).
Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Intermediate level skill in Learning Management Systems, authoring tools and other Edtech software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience working on Belonging training initiatives.
-Experience developing and providing training programs intended to engage and educate.
-Experience presenting to audiences representing varied levels of an organization.
-Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
