As an Automotive Mechanic/Technician at Monro, your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, such as brakes, tire installations, and diagnostics. You will ensure customer approval before starting any work, maintain a clean workspace, and conduct thorough inspections on every vehicle serviced. You'll also collaborate with fellow technicians and help lead General Service Technicians, contributing to a team-focused environment.

To join Monro as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician, you should have at least 2 years of automotive technician experience and a valid driver's license. It's also important to own a basic set of automotive tools or be willing to participate in a tool purchase program. A guest-focused mindset, physical ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs are essential. While ASE certification in at least one area is preferred, it's not mandatory upon hiring.
