AI/Data Coach (12 month FTC)

As an AI/Data Coach at Multiverse, your primary responsibilities will include guiding apprentices through their learning journey, mastering individualized and group coaching techniques, maintaining quality standards for coaching sessions, and creating an engaging learning atmosphere. You’ll also collaborate with ops teams to monitor apprentice progress, engage with their managers for synchronous reviews, and ensure that learners stay on track with their programs. Your role is crucial in shaping the next generation of business leaders by utilizing your data expertise and coaching skills.

To qualify for the AI/Data Coach position at Multiverse, you should have at least three years of professional experience where you regularly use data to make informed decisions. Proficiency in data collection and analysis, along with strong skills in Excel and BI tools, is essential. Furthermore, familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus. Exceptional communication skills and experience in mentoring or coaching in either academic or commercial environments are highly valued for this role.
