Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of children and contribute to a brighter and healthier future for all.Summary:In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, physicians, managers, and staff to plan, organize, direct, execute and facilitate training programs related to System Safety and Preventing Violence. You will be responsible for the operationalization, execution and sustainment of System Safety and Preventing Violence training for the entire organization. Additionally, you will represent the Clinical Learning department as part of the System Safety and Preventing Violence Task Force.Responsibilities:• Has deep understanding of subject matter in area(s) of expertise, and continues to develop expertise in area of system safety and preventing violence• Independently manages regulations and relationships with outside agencies that provide training program governance• Collaborates with leaders to develop supplemental training based on data• Aggregates and analyzes findings to identify opportunities to improve training program and content; makes recommendations as appropriate• Interacts with medical leaders, administration, management, caregivers, ancillary staff, coworkers, vendors and agencies outside of Children's Medical Center; participates in hospital committees as assignedThis is a full-time position.How You’ll Be Successful:WORK EXPERIENCE• At least 5 years related experience requiredEDUCATION• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredA Place Where You BelongWe put our people first.
