Landing Page Designer

Neon Flux is a data-first brand accelerator that grows brands from various stages into enterprise market leaders to the point of acquisition/transaction. We help our brands design for the future while evolving their existing businesses with our agency's winning combination of expert media buying, creative, and talent. We help deliver scalable solutions for clients regardless of industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Landing Page Designer who will design high-converting, user-friendly landing pages using Figma and Replo.

Key Responsibilities:

Landing Page Design:

Design conversion-focused landing pages for direct-to-consumer brands according to defined roadmaps and stated strategic goals.

Implement responsive design principles for a seamless user experience across all devices.

Stay abreast of current industry trends and gather inspiration for pages.

Platform Utilization:

Use, maintain, and contribute new components to brands’ design systems in Figma.

As needed, assist developers by reviewing and editing pages in Replo (landing page building software).

A/B Testing & Optimization:

Utilize results from A/B testing to make informed decisions about future designs.

Implement iterative changes to optimize performance quickly.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align landing page design with campaign goals. 

Clearly communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 1+ years in web design, with a focus on landing page creation and optimization.
  • Design systems experience, especially maintaining Figma libraries, is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and comfort analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of Replo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.
